At the reception of Camping le Sous Bois, our small shop invites you to discover the culinary treasures of Île d’Oléron. Everything is carefully selected, exclusively from local producers, to let you experience the authentic taste of the region.
You will find :
• Honey, artisanal jams,
• Seafood and charcuterie rillettes,
• Wines, rosé, Pineau, gin, and locally made Spritz cocktails – lovely gift ideas to extend the holiday feeling.
It’s another way to make you fall in love with our island and our region – through taste, generosity, and local expertise.
A bread delivery service is also available at the shop. Please order the day before.
Our campsite shop on Île d’Oléron is open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
Reception
We invite you to visit the reception desk for all the practical information you need about your stay at Camping le Sous Bois.
We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (7:00 PM in July and August).
We can advise you on the best local spots in French, English, and German.
At reception, we also provide you with: baby kits, adapters, a safe, ice packs, and a small shop selling local products.
The must-have of summer: the communal barbecue
The star of the summer season is undoubtedly the barbecue.
At Camping le Sous Bois, we offer a communal barbecue. You can grill whatever you like throughout the day, then enjoy your grilled food on your private terrace.
