“We had absolutely no complaints about this campsite; we had a perfect stay. It was calm and peaceful, nestled among the trees, and very well located right next to the beaches and cycle paths.
The pitches are shaded and well separated by hedges. The sanitary facilities are spotless, the campsite is perfectly maintained, and above all, the staff are warm and friendly. (…) A must-see !”
“We received a very warm welcome at Camping du Sous-Bois; the staff are very friendly and always available. The pitches for the mobile homes (which are very clean) are spacious, green, and offer privacy for everyone. The beach is nearby; it’s a sandy beach with rocks, ideal for fishing at low tide. (…) In short, a relaxing and nature-filled holiday spot.”

“Excellent ‘real’ campsite which still has plenty of space for traditional campers, in tents or caravans, and of course for nomads in motorhomes. Some of the sanitary facilities are well renovated (…) Welcoming and helpful staff. The proximity to the port of La Cotinière and St Pierre d’Oléron is a plus. The central location on the island is ideal for exploring and visiting.”
“Excellent campsite, all the staff are very friendly. Very close to the beaches and served by the cycle path, so very convenient. The chalet was clean and well-maintained. The various food trucks in the evening were a great bonus. The children enjoyed the playground and the sports tournaments organized during our stay. We had a very pleasant holiday.”
